• DELIVERY AREA: We offer PAN India delivery.

• ADDRESS ACCURACY: Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details during the ordering process. In case of an insufficient or inaccurate address, any additional shipping charges incurred by the shipping services must be paid again by the customer.

• Processing/Delivery Timeline: Orders are processed within 48-72 hours, and delivery takes 2-5 days depending on location. In case of MTO (made to order) items, processing time is around 5-9 days.

• Fulfillment Deliveries: CLTR Studios is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during third-party delivery. We provide tracking numbers when available, but it's the buyer's responsibility to track and contact the local postal service for any issues. Customers are responsible for lost packages.

• DELIVERY TRACKING: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
